Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US and Canada. If you’re located elsewhere, hang tight — we’re working on expanding international shipping soon!

When will my order ship?

Our products are still in the final testing phase, products will be available in 2026 Q1.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We don't ship to PO Boxes.

How can I change my shipping details

We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your address, please email us at support@menodorahome.com — we’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All of our pieces are large furniture items and are not eligible for return or exchange due to shipping constraints.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at support@menodorahome.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

I received the wrong product or there’s an issue with my order — what should I do?

Please email us at support@menodorahome.com with a photo of what you received and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within 2 business days.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order begins processing, usually within 1–2 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.
